There is no highlights to identify a case which got created for a customer for the second time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the CS batch.

2. verify if the case is created.

Expected result:

Case should create and show the difference what is there in the previous case in the UI.

Actual result:

The latest details are visible in the UI
