On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to submit the FPS to HMRC,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

F3001: The submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific business logic in the Body tag.
FError at location /hd:GovTalkMessage[1]/hd:Body[1]/fps:IRenvelope[1]/fps:FullPaymentSubmission[1]/fps:Employee[561]/fps:Employment[1]
F7878: If [STARTDATE] is completed, at least one of [STARTINGDECLARATION], [INTENDTOSTAYOVER183DAYS], [INTENDTOSTAYLESSTHAN183DAYS], [INTENDTOWORKBOTHINANDOUTOFUK] must be present or [ANNUALAMOUNTOFPENSION] must be greater than zero. Please check
