Contract Expert Question Stays Active After Terms Template Assignment Is Removed From the Rule (Doc ID 2883532.1)

Symptoms

When a clause and a rule are deleted from Terms Template, the questions added in the deleted rule are still visible on the Terms Template.

1. Create terms template
2. Delete the clause that triggers the rule/questions
3. Navigate to Rules and remove the Terms Template from the rule
4. Back to terms template -> tab Rules -> the rule is removed but the questions are still visible
