Apex Viewer Performance Issue While Downloading Data From ITEM_LOC Table (Doc ID 2883645.1)

Symptoms

When Attempting to download data from the ITEM_LOC table in APEX Viewer, the application locks up and forces the user to close the screen and logs them out of both Apex and RMS. This problem occurs when attempting the pull from the same table with conditions. These data pulls are needed to complete validation related to store retail for different locations.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Log in to RMS and select the Data Viewer from the tasks menu.
2. Select SQL commands in Data Viewer.
3. Run SQL Query Select from ITEM_LOC and ITEM_MASTER with a join on ITEM_MASTER.ITEM_PARENT and ITEM_LOC.ITEM and the application become unresponsive.
