Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When escalating an approval notification, an error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Your request was not successful.. You cannot escalate this task because a manager does not exist for the user assigned to this task.. Define a manager for the user so that the task can be escalated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Click on the Bell icon in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click on the More Details link (this opens the BPM Worklist)
4. From the user Inbox, select Administration Tasks
5. Select an approval notification
6. Select Actions > Escalate; the error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot escalate an approval notification.
