Fusion Global Payroll Cloud: Information Elements Not Transferring With Global Transfer (Doc ID 2883717.1)

Symptoms



When an employee has a Global Transfer, their information elements are not moving to the new assignment. Payroll Relationship does not change, only the Legal Employer. There is no element eligibility that would prevent the element to transfer. it appears that the element entries for the information elements are transferred during the Global Transfer when their Source Type is shown as Batch Element Entry, but not when the Source Type is set as Group Compensation
