Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Sales Agreement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
List of BUs are not visible under create contracts

User provided all the required roles and data access and still the user is not able to view the BUs. They followed the steps mentioned in 2039783.1 as well.

User also created new user and provided all the data access but still the issue exists.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Value of BU should be visible while creation of contract.
