Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Me->Benefits tiles are not displaying post upgrade of 22B for custom employee role. Also if accessing same via Quick Links users get an Access denied error.
All users with custom employee role are not able to see couple of Benefits tiles after upgrade of 22B.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with custom employee role should be able to see all enabled Benefits tiles after upgrade to rel 22 B
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as employee go to Me->Benefits
2. See couple of Benefits tiles are missing for example
Pending Actions
Your Benefits
Report a Life Event
3. If accessing Pending Actions via Quick Links an Access denied error is seen

Due to this issue, users cannot access all benefits tiles post upgrade to rel 22B
