Goal

XordmodifyDetail not updating PO expense.

When trying to modify the expense details for the PO via soap UI it's not updating the ordloc_exp table and service call is successful without error.

Steps for recreation:
1. Create the PO with expense details
2. See the ordloc_exp table the details updated
3. Try to modify expense attribute using soap UI call
