Symptoms
After updating to 22A, the issue occurs on Purchase Order UI, regarding expenditure item date.
Issue1: After a user fills in expenditure item date in Purchase Order UI, Line tab, mouse cursor is moved to the top of the page, not the next field.
Issue2: On Line tab, go to "Edit" button > fill in expenditure item date, then touch any area of the page. Then the error "Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records." occurs on UI.
