Not Able To View "user", "group" Sections For Federated IdP In OCI Console (Doc ID 2884646.1)

Symptoms

Previously, there was a "user" and "group" items on the right side of the OracleIdentityCloudService screen.
But there are no user items when checking the current console. Currently, only "Group Mapping" is displayed.
