Symptoms

After withdrawing from a course as a Learner, the approval notification that should trigger is getting the following error:

The request operation failed with the business rules defined for LearningAssignmentWithdrawalApproval.
Resolution : Validate the BPM rule for LearningAssignmentWithdrawalApproval and ensure it returns a valid approval hierarchy.
