PRC:SSP: Approval Is Routed Based On Disabled Rule Instead of Newly Created Rule (Doc ID 2884693.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
User disabled requisition approval rule and created new one and deploy it.  However approval is routed based on old rule.

Expected Behavior
Requisition is routed for approval based on newly created rule.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Setup and Maintenance  > Manage Requisition Approval > Select Preheader stage > Click Edit button. Disabled one of the rule and create new rule.
  2. Deploy.
  3. Create a new requisition, then approval is routed based on the old rule.
