On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Customer Payments (Receipts)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is unable to query bills receivable transaction after created/saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bills Receivable transaction should be found in Manage Bills Receivable Portfolio

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Bills Receivable Portfolio
2. Search for Bills Receivable Number
3. No results
