FCCS: ODR Rule does not pick Year Properly when Running through EPM Automate (Doc ID 2884762.1)

Symptoms

Running the ODR rule through EPM automate only pick the year mentioned in the Calculation Manager and not the year specified in the EPM Automate script/command. If ODR runs from Web Interface, it is working as expected.
