Goal

All the ReSA batches can be run when the UI is up and are there in the adhoc and hourly schedules.
These batches are built to skip the locked record and continue.
SAEXPDW in terms of locking should be compared to its 'sister' batch SAEXPRMS and it should also skip a record if a lock is encountered.
Why does the SAEXPDW abort with Locked Store Day?
