Symptoms

When trying to create a Cost type Business Process (BP) record that is references a Base Commit that has the 'Allow Commitment based Funding and Assignment' setting enabled in uDesigner:

Expected Result

The record should be created without incident.

Actual Result

An Alert pops up that reads: This business process requires additional setup in Funding Sheet under Assignment Levels.

Changes

 The Fund Properties had been opened and updated using Classic View.
