Symptoms

Users cannot be verified on OCM
An OCM instance is linked to an IDCS stripe connected to an ERP application. Groups and users can be created and assigned to the application roles in IDCS. Users are flowing into OCM. But they are showing up as “Not Verified”. From the documentation there should either be an email or LDAP verification.
Email – the welcome email is enabled, but no emails were received, and we cannot find a way to regenerate sending a validation email
LDAP – the users are in IDCS – is this not considered LDAP?
Is there a way to validate the users in the OCM application?

From the doc:
User accounts are verified using one of the following methods:
– The user was located in an external account database such as an LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directory service directory.
– An email was sent to the user, the user clicked the link in that email to verify their identity, and then they signed in.
