Symptoms

When attempting to enroll some employees in medical plan, the following error occurs.

ERROR

No Choices found for the Program: A Benefits. Plan B. Option: Employee Only. It is possible the participant is not eligible for these.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add event to employee
2. Process event and attempt enrollments
3. Receive error
