Symptoms

When users attempt to open their Cost Sheet, the following pops up:

ERROR
-----------------------

Error Code: [random string value]
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code
[same random string value]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Templates > Shells > Projects > Desired Project/Shell.
  2. Attempt to open the Cost Sheet.
  3. Observe the Error Code that pops up.
