Line Items Total Column On Cost Type Business Process Not Totalling Properly (Doc ID 2885491.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On a Cost type Business Process (BP) with the sub-type of "Line Items with CBS Code" and classification "Payment Application", the Line Items contain Data Elements (DE) with a formula as its source. The total of the column in the Line Items Grid view that contains the DE mentioned above does not add correctly when calculating the sum, some line items are missing


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The outcome should accurately total all of the Line Items in the column.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to a Project/Shell that contains the mentioned BP, or create a record of the BP, adding Line Items whose source is a formula.
  2. Select and open a record of the BP.
  3. Select the Line Items tab.
  4. Note the total or sum is not calculated correctly.
