ERROR

1. Flow error:
An error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ProcReportPayAct.childRequestS. Contact your help desk.

2. Error in BI:
There is no data to process


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the P45 process; there are no records to be picked for processing.
2. Flow completes with alerts
