On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The termination approval history is showing 2 duplicate entries for few approvers. The duplicate entry is getting removed as the approvals are provided.
Example: Approval has 6 levels. The 2nd and 6th level approvers are showing twice in approval history when transaction is submitted. When 1st approver approves the request, the duplicate entry on 2nd level is getting removed and only one approver is shown. Similarly for 6th level, the duplicate entry is getting removed when 5th level approver approves the request. At the end the approval history is showing correct.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The duplicate entries should not be shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate termination from front end
2. Navigate to transaction console, open the transaction and verify the approval history

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the approval history doesn't show accurate data.
