Symptoms

 The following error is seen when evaluating a life event for an employee:

The enrollment benefit ID is missing. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the processing log files. (BEN-990179)

This error occurred in package ben_determine_variable_rates.main. Context at the time of error: Person Vxxx, Jxxxx, Program AAA, Plan Type BBB, Plan CCC, Option DDD, Life Event Occurred Date 2022-01-02, Effective Date 2022-06-01, Life Event Benefit Admin, Eligible Person Electable Choice ID 17239958, Calculation Method CVG
