Preferences Cannot Be Added On The Contact Group (Doc ID 2886252.1)

When you try to add preferences over the contact group it shows an error "An Undefined Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later."

 Steps to replicate:

Business Process Automation > Communication Management > Contact Groups
Search for existing Contact Group 
Select a Preference from the drop-down list (ex Date Format) and a value (any
value) then click Save on the line and an error is displayed.
