On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Project Budget

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to access Project Budget page

For the specific project (Number.) the user is unable to access the Manage Budget Screen in Fusion Application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the project (Number.) the user should be able to access Project Budget page

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the Project (Number.) on the Manage Financial Projects
2. Manage Project Budget
