Goal

Received Oracle communication regarding upgrades of service version and hyper ledger fabric (HLF) version of Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) instances.
Understand after 31st July, the Oracle DevOps team will upgrade blockchain platforms from v21/v1.4.7 to v22/v2.2.4.
However, Support a client with on-premise OBP participant nodes, which will not be upgraded from HLF v1.4.7 any time soon.
Therefore, the v1.4.7 OBP environments listed below must remain at HLF v1.4.7 so we can continue to support the v1.4.7 on-premise participant nodes.
