Why Does A List Of Components Not Have A Button To See “LESS” Content Items? (Doc ID 2886411.1)

Goal

The OCM list component does not have a “See Less” button, only the “See More” button. If there is a very long list of content items in the component after a user clicks "MORE" then they will have to scroll back up with a very long extended list of content items.
