Symptoms

Sales type 'R' are present in ITEM_LOC_HIST table are not shown in Issues by Location screen.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Query ITEM_LOC_HIST table and make sure you have SALES_TYPE "P" And "R"
2. Go To Inventory >Item Sales / Issues by Location
3. Enter the Item #,Store and Date Range
4. Note sales type 'R' are present in ITEM_LOC_HIST table are not shown in MFCS UI.
