Symptoms

On: 22 B Patch 4 version, Integration

Edit and Clone actions are not behaving as expected in Salesforce


ERROR
-----------------------
When doing Edit quote - Landing to Lightning UI instead of JET UI (even when the embedded option is selected in CPQ Site Settings)
When doing clone quote: Getting error "List has no rows for assignment to SObject"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to SFDC
  2. Create a new quote
  3. Try to open/edit the previously created quote > Lightning UI will open instead of JET UI.
  4. Try to clone the same quote > Error "List has no rows for assignment to SObject"


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the integration with Salesforce.

 SFDC manage package was recently installed, first-time implementation.
