Fusion Benefits: Benefits Specialist and Admin Roles May Not See Date of Birth for Employee's Dependents

Symptoms
In rel 22C, Benefits Administrator and Specialist roles may not be able to view Date of Birth value of dependents in People to Cover and Family and Emergency Contacts responsive pages. They require aggregate privilege View Person Biographical Information (ORA_PER_VIEW_PERSON_BIOGRAPHICAL_INFORMATION) in order to view Date of Birth value.If the Benefits Admins and Specialists also have HR Specialist or Analyst role with access to the same Person population as that of Benefits role, then they may be able to view the Date of Birth successfully.
If your Benefits Admins and Specialists do not also have HR Specialist or Analyst roles with access to the same Person population, then use below solution steps to resolve the issue.
