The PL/SQL package for the formula couldn't be generated
When trying to save the Performance Measure, receiving an error, saying that the PL/SQL package for the formula couldn't be generated.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create expression which is valid.
2. Create performance measure and associate the expression. When save, get error message.
