Symptoms
On trying to upload a ZIP file - an example that was downloaded from the Oracle Analytics Library - in the Oracle Analytics Cloud Console > Extensions page, the following error is returned:
Unable to determine the plugin id. Please check that the file you are attempting to upload contains a valid plugin and try again.
