 Goal
 Solution
 1. What happens to Dynamic LBs post Thu, 11 May 2023 00:00:00 UTC.
 2. Will there any downtime during the upgrade?
 3. Will there be any impact to existing ones if customers opt not to upgrade the LB from Dynamic to Flexible ?
 4. Fixed-shape LBs only support 16 entries of Backend sets and Listeners. I would like to know whether there is any enhancement of the Flexible LB.
 5. Is there any comparison between both fixed-shape and cost-efficient LB?
