Unable to login to OCI as federation of Azure AD and OCI based on domain broke (Doc ID 2887193.1)

Goal

In the new Identity Domain based OCI setup, Users are not able to login to OCI as federation of Azure AD and OCI broke.

As no users are able to login OCI console, how to remove the federation from OCI, so that users will be able to login with OCI credentials.
