Symptoms

 Candidate is moved from ORC  as a pending worker with hiring manager details to HCM.

Checklist is getting triggered on this action and getting assigned to this converted pending worker

But Line manager is not able to view this pending worker as his direct in My team page nor could see the Journey of Line manager
