Addition InfoTile Does Not Show Records in New Queue, only for Seeded Queues (Doc ID 2887349.1)

Symptoms


When establishing an additional queue status in lookup type 'FA_QUEUE_NAME', the new queue is not visible in count nor records for the Addition InfoTile buckets (Incomplete, Exceptions, Ready to Post)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Added New Queue to FA_QUEUE_NAME lookup
  2. Add Asset to the new queue
  3. Back at Additions Infotile those records are not displayed nor included in the buckets (Incomplete, Exceptions, Ready to Post)
  4. These new queue records can be seen in Task>Prepare Source Lines
