Goal
When migrating FR reports between EPM environments, sometimes the System will create a duplicate from an object (i.e. folders and reports etc.) and
other times the system will overwrite those existing objects.
What is the criteria used by System to decide when to create a duplicate from an artifact and when it overwrite it ?
