Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Analytics

Users are not able to access the "Dashboard Reports" in Web UI

All users are getting the error included in the attached screenshot.

ERROR

Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator
Error URL <Host>/xmlpserver/deny.jsp


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Home > Dashboard Reports, this opens Analytics page, and in a moment , it shows the splash error screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This will be impacting all the End Users as well (Sellers and Managers) who access the system.
Please look into this Incident with urgency
