On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

Vacation rule is create for Emp1 and delegated all tasks to Emp2 .

If it is submitted by Emp2 the transaction ends with error :
the error message :
ORABPEL-30142 exception.code:30142 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Reassignment/Delegation to Skipped Users is not allowed. exception.description:
