Followed steps in the documentation to set up the PowerBI connector:

Connect to Oracle Analytics Cloud from Microsoft Power BI

In Microsoft Power BI Desktop from the home page, click on Get Data and selected Oracle Analytics (Beta) in the list of connectors. Then click on Connect.
In the Instance URL field the Magic URL.
