When Bar Graph Legend is on the Top or Bottom it only Shows 2 out of 3 Colors in the Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2887832.1)

Symptoms

When the Bar Graph legend is on the top or bottom it only show 2 out of 3 colors / attributes.

When the legend is on the left or right, it correctly shows all.

The top and bottom seem to have enough room to show all.

This issue does not duplicate in Firefox.

You can see all the Legend colors if more than 3 Measure are added in dashboard. But when we add only 3 measures in the dashboard we are facing this issue.
