Symptoms

When attempting to Approve a time card as a manager using the responsive pages the following error occurs.

Initialize operation failed. null


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
Log in as a Line Manager
Create a time card for a worker
Submit the time card
Reopen the time card and approve it
Observe the error
