Goal
In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), for reconciliations with balances that are not equal to zero, preparers will claim them and add manual entries to get the balance to zero. There are data import jobs scheduled to run certain times of the day. If a user hasn't finished closing the reconciliation when the job runs, the job will trigger the auto submit/approval rules on the reconciliation and close it out before user could attach necessary backups to the reconciliation. This poses as a potential audit issue.
Is there a way to prevent manually claimed reconciliation by preparer from being closed by auto submit/approval rules?
