Goal

All the Purchase Requisitions (PRs) are not flown to purchasing, user has to manually run 'Generate Orders' every time to get the PR to process requisition lines.
Even for touch-less buying with BPA Automatically generate PO option: Yes, PO is not generated until generate order process runs.
