Symptoms
PREPROD roles are not populated in rse_config_job_appl_xref for non prod environments.
User are unable to see anything in the dropdown for Strategy & Policy Management , manage configuration.
On adding the prod roles we were able to get the dropdown but in stage/dev/test it should be working with preprod roles not prod roles.
