FAW: AR-Receipt Application Status Is NULL Instead Of Unapplied

Symptoms
There are receipts with unapplied amounts that have an empty (NULL) application status instead of "Unapplied" in FAW.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Following path:
Financials - AR Receipts and Applications -> AR Receipt Application Details -> Receipt Application Status -> Receipt Application Status Name
There is a status with name: 'Unapplied'
2. Add a 'Receipt Number' to the Viz, and the join does NOT show any 'Unapplied' values, but there are NULL values.
