When opening Records, intermittently getting the error below


Error Code: [CUSTOMER_TENANT]-3356B44398
An unexpected Error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your system administrator referencing this error code [CUSTOMER_TENANT]-3356B44398


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Production
  2. Open the Shell
  3. Navigate to problematic Business Process (BP)
  4. Open a record
  5. Notice the error
