Symptoms

When attempting to get approval tasks using the Oracle Digital Assistant chat bot, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Internal Server Error in calling service. Check logs for more details"

ODA Question: any of my requests waiting approval
ODA Response: Internal Server Error in calling service. Check logs for more details

The following error is seeing in the logs:

[info] Error message :400 - "Exception\nexception.76087.type: error\nexception.76087.severity: 2\nexception.76087.name: Invalid status filter \nexception.76087.description: Please provide valid status filter as per documentation\nexception.76087.fix: Please provide valid status filter as per documentation\n"
