Symptoms
Unable to load WH table via DCA, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
1.Error ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS01"."ADDR"."LAST_UPDATE_ID") returned by program unit DC_WH.EXEC_WH_ADDR_INS.
2.The head and detail records are not inserted into RMS because there is no detail record.
3.Invalid key_value_1 value
4.An invalid physical warehouse has been entered.
5.Invalid Warehouse.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the warehouse.zip
2. Open DCA
3. Load warehouse.zip
